As most of you know, Sydney, Andrea, Zoe and I all drove to Michigan and spent July 2nd - July 12′th with family and friends. For the fourth of July holiday we spent several days at Buddy’s Bunker up in Port Hope MI and had a great time with Andrea’s family. We then spent the remainder of our time with my family giving Sydney the opportunity to get to know her great grandma (who celebrated her 91st birthday on 7/7) and her Aunt Thelma and Uncle Keith and their family. All in all we had a great time and want to thank everyone for their hospitality. A whole schwack of pictures have been uploaded to the gallery and can be seen by clicking on any of these example pictures.
There are many pages of images from our trip, not all of those pages are linked above, you’ll need to navigate around a little bit. Also, I still have to upload a bunch of images so check back - I’ll update this post when I’ve done that.
Most of you know that Andrea, Syndey and I spent nearly two weeks in Michigan (in fact, we’re still here at my parents house in Canton for the next 12 hours or so)… Anyway, I just had to share this video with all you before we get home and make additional updates with pictures.

Here are a few more pictures that were taken over the past week or two with one or two additional pics of Sydney smiling.
Since starting my new job I’ve been seriously neglecting this website. After getting home late each night I spend as much time with Sydney as I can and unfortunately editing and uploading pictures has taken a back seat. Well here are a few to catch you up the past couple weeks. Sydney turned 6 weeks old on Monday and a week ago weighed about 8.5 lbs and measured a tad over 22 inches long. Yesterday Andrea and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary and Sydney joined us for a nice dinner out!
Anyway, here are a few sample pictures, click on the images below to see more!
And for a little surprise, click on the image below!!!! Trust me, you don’t want to miss this!
Earlier this week Sydney turned one month old. We can’t belive 4 weeks have gone by already but I guess a lot has happen in that time. Also, Sydney gratuated from newborn size diapers this week to size “1″ which is a major accomplisment and we’re sure you’ll agree. Later on this evening, the three of us will be going out to dinner with some friends so we’ll catch ya later.
Here are a few new pictures (click on the images to see them all (there are only 7 this time)).
Today was Sydney’s first Easter church service and at the same time her first concert. Grandma & Grandpa Housley, Andrea, Sydney and I went to a big Easter service held by the local “big” church here in Murfreesboro (click here for info) and as a part of the service the country band Diamond Rio performed a few songs. After church, Bob, Becky and the girls came over and we had a wonderful home cooked meal. It was then time for pictures and those are shared below.

Yesterday Andrea’s parents, sister, brother-in-law and her three nieces arrived for a long weekend to meet Sydney. This is the first time Sydney has met anyone from Andrea’s side of the family and we’re happy to have them here! Tomorrow we’re all going to take a field trip to Opryland mall. Anyway here are some pictures, as usual, click on any of these pictures to view the entire gallery.
Nathan and Andrea currently live 25 miles south of Nashville TN with their beautiful daughter Sydney, two cats and a dog. Check out the about page for more info. Welcome to our blog!
